Earnings Disclaimer

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This disclaimer applies to ClipNexa AI and every ClipNexa AI product sold through JVZoo (ClipNexa AI, ClipNexa AI Pro, ClipNexa AI Agency and ClipNexa credit packs), and to all of our sales pages, emails and promotions.

No earnings or results claims

ClipNexa AI is software for creating marketing videos. It is not a business opportunity or an income program. We make no promises, representations or guarantees that you will earn any money, make any sales, gain views, followers or customers, or achieve any other result by using ClipNexa AI. Any results depend on factors outside our control, including your product or offer, your audience, where and how you publish, your effort, skills and experience, and market conditions. Most people who buy any marketing software do not earn significant income from it, and some earn nothing. Statements about saving time or money, and comparisons with hiring a freelancer or an agency, are illustrations based on typical market prices and our own testing; they are not guarantees, and actual prices and times vary. The sample videos and business names shown were created with ClipNexa AI for demonstration; they are not testimonials or customer results.

Your results are up to you

ClipNexa AI helps you create marketing videos. Whether those videos lead to views, leads or sales depends on how good your offer is, who you show it to, and how you use the videos. We do not provide business, financial, legal or tax advice. Use your own judgement and, where needed, a qualified adviser before making business decisions.

Testimonials and examples

We do not use customer testimonials on our sales pages. Sample videos, example businesses and the hooks and scripts in them were created by ClipNexa AI for demonstration and are not statements about real products, health or results.

Affiliates

Some people who promote ClipNexa AI are affiliates who earn a commission when you buy through their link. Affiliates must follow our promotion rules: no income claims, no fake scarcity, and a clear disclosure of the commission.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, in proportion to the credits you haven't used, as described in our refund policy.
