1. The service
ClipNexa helps you create marketing content: it reads product pages you provide, writes ad angles, scripts and captions with AI, and renders videos with third-party AI video services.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and use ClipNexa for your business or professional activity.
3. Purchases and credits
- ClipNexa products are one-time purchases made through JVZoo. There is no subscription unless a product clearly says otherwise.
- Credits are used to render videos at the cost shown before each render. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while your account is active.
- If a render fails, its credits are returned automatically.
- Fair-use limits apply to AI writing and render volume to keep the service reliable; the limits for your plan are shown in the app.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits it gave are removed (never below zero) and, if no other purchase gives you access, your account becomes read-only.
5. AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate. It is a draft for you to review. You are responsible for the content you publish, including making sure claims are true, you have the right to use any product names, images and trademarks, and your ads follow the law and platform rules (for example FTC disclosure rules for affiliate marketing).
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ClipNexa to create content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful or adult, to make false health, financial or income claims, or to impersonate people. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
You keep your rights in the content you provide and the videos you create, and you can use the videos for your marketing, including paid ads. You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep ClipNexa available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Third-party AI services may change or be unavailable.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ClipNexa is provided "as is", we do not promise any sales, views or results, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using ClipNexa at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used fraudulently.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; we will post changes here and email account holders about significant ones.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless your local consumer law gives you other rights.
