This policy explains how Dream Spirit Travels Ltd ("ClipNexa", "we") handles personal information when you visit our website, buy ClipNexa or use the app. We are the controller of this information. What we collect
- Account: your email, name (optional) and password (stored by our sign-in provider, never in plain text).
- Purchases: details JVZoo sends us when you buy or are refunded: your name, email, product, amount, receipt number and affiliate. We never receive your card details.
- Your content: product links and details, scripts, and the videos you create.
- Usage: pages and features used, render history and credit history; technical data such as IP address and browser, for security.
- Marketing and attribution (with consent): which ad or link brought you to us.
- Messages: what you send us through forms or email.
How we use it, and why
- To provide ClipNexa: your account, purchases, credits, AI writing and video rendering (contract).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, including bot checks (legitimate interests).
- To send account, purchase and security emails (contract), and optional tips or news you can switch off (consent / legitimate interests).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with

Your product details, scripts and product photos are sent to Anthropic only to create your content. Voiceovers are generated by ClipNexa's own voice engine; your text is not sent to a voice provider.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Account and content: while your account is open, and 30 days after you ask us to delete it.
- Rendered videos: 90 days after they are made, then deleted automatically.
- Purchase and accounting records: as long as the law requires (typically 7 years).
- Email logs: 90 days. Analytics: up to 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents can opt out of sharing for advertising; we honour Global Privacy Control signals. Email hello@clipnexa.net; we may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
